Please write to support@comequest.co with as much detail as you can share. We take every report seriously and respond as quickly as possible.

In the app (iOS or Android): open the Profile tab, tap Delete Account, confirm, and enter the code we email you. Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app: email support@comequest.co from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm it is you and delete your account within 30 days.

Deleting your account removes your profile, your requests and quotes, messages, photos and videos, and your device and security records. We keep only what our Privacy Policy lists: records of completed deals where we must retain them (accounts with completed deals are closed by our support team), a one-way fingerprint of your NRIC/FIN with no link to the deleted account, and records of actions our staff took. Reviews you wrote stay on the agents’ profiles with your name and photos removed, shown as written by a “Former user”; reviews about you are deleted. You can also ask us to delete specific data without closing your account by emailing the same address.
